What is Healer Goblin?
Healer Goblin is the first of many game bots about to be released for the MacroGoblin
community. This thing only took about 2-3 hours to make using MacroGoblin. It is
a Healer Bot that can be used in any MMO, or RPG. It works by reading pixels in
your health bar, and reacting to changes. Healer Goblin controls a healer on a second
computer, which is in client mode. The Healer Goblin console is on your main PC
and hovers above your game.
Current Features:
- Heals 1 to 6 group members
- Has Full Auto-Heal
- Has Specials for improvisation, during hard battles and what not. These Special
buttons will pause the Auto-Healing, cast the Special spells, then unpause the Auto-Healing
if it was on.
- The Player Buttons near the top select the player to use the Specials on. The yellow
indicator lights show above the Player button to let you know which player is currently
chosen. Note that Autohealing is not effected by the chosen player.
- Great for 2-boxing a healer.
How it works:
- First you tell the console which keys will Target players 1-6, which keys to press
during light healing, and which keys to press during heavy healing. Then, tell the
console what you want your special keys to do by simply adding keystroke and/or
mouse-click commands to the special button routine.
- Tell the console how many players you want to heal (ie how big your group is).
- Each player you're going to auto-heal has 2 health bar pixels that you're going
to monitor. One of these is going to be a health bar position where light healing
is required. The other pixel is in a position where heavy healing will be required.
The green boxes on the right of the console show the exact color of those pixels
during operation of the bot program.
- Pressing the Auto Heal button puts the healer in Auto-Heal mode. This is basically
a loop that checks the status of everyone's pixel colors. If a player's health
drops below their first crutial pixel then the healer will 'lightly heal' that person
until they're above that crutial point. If a players health drops below the second
crutial pixel then the healer will 'heavily heal' that person until they're above
the heavy heal pixel position.
- Pressing a Special button pauses the Auto-Heal, if it's on, and runs the Special
Routine for that button. This could be something like a super-heal, or a teleport,
etc. Then, it un-pauses the Auto-Heal.
Customization:
As with all MacroGoblin consoles, customize them as much as you'd like. Here are
some things you may want to do with this one.
- Add more crutial point pixels for more refined healing and spell choosing.
- Add as many players as you want to heal.
- Add more Specials buttons
- Import sections of this console into another larger console that will control this
automated healer PLUS other bots, like fighter bots and mage bots.
Setup:
As with most bots you'll need to tell it which keypresses/mouseclicks
to use while healing and which pixels to monitor in the healthbars. Detailed instructions
are provided at the download location.
